Köttbullar - Swedish Meat Balls

You need additional:
400g grouond meat
150g white mushrooms
100 g whipping cream

Preparation:
Spice ground beef with salt and pepper and form about 15 small balls. Clean and quarter mushrooms.
Heat oil in frying pan. Roast meatballs over medium heat about 6 minutes all around. Add mushrooms and saute.
Slide meatballs to the edge of pan, add 350 ml of cold water, and also add 100 ml of whipping cream and stir in contents of bag.
While stirring let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Makes 3 servings
