Heat oil in frying pan. Roast beef all around.
Add 500 ml water into frying pan, boil and stir in bag contents.
Let simmer, covered, with weak heat for about 1 1/2 hours. After halfe time turn beef. Then cut beef in discs and briefly let infuse sauce.
