200g pork fillet
50 g whipping cream

Cut meat in 6 pieces (medallion) and fry in a pan in a little bit hot oil. Take out and hold warm.
Pour 200 pour ml cold water and 50 ml cream in frying pan. Add bag contents and stir; under stirring let cook for 1 minute.
Give Medallions again in the frying pan, let simmer until sauce is hot.
