Slice cutlets into fine strips. Heat Oil/Butter in frying pan. Roast sliced cutlets until evenly brown. Take out on a plate. In same skillet roast mushrooms until hot. Add bag contents to 250 ml cold water, stir, and give it into pan. Add roasted cutlets. Under stirring let simmer for one more minute.
