Give bag content on a flat plate.
Temper cutlets with cold water.
Then press cutlets into bag content to cover them with breadcrumps. Press well and turn cutlet to cover it complete.
Then fry coated cutlet in a hot pan with oil from each side, until cutlet is golden brown.
