Dr. Oetker cheesecake help is prepared with fresh ingredients like curd and egg white and can be varied, for example, with raisins.

For a Springform (Ã 26 cm):
200 g of wheat flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
75 g of sugar
1 Pck. vanillin sugar
1 egg (size M)
100 g soft butter or margarine
4 egg whites (size M)
4 yolks (size M)
150 g of sugar
750 g of curd (light / low fat)
1 Pck. vanillin sugar
1 Pck. grated lemon peel
250 ml milk
1 Pck. Dr. Oetker cheesecake helper
Preheat baking oven at 170 degrees celsius.
Grease Springform with butter, margarine or oil.
Pie Dough: Put ingredients for pie dough into a large bowl. Mix with the dough hook, first on lowest, then on the highest step to a dough.
Place 2/3 of the dough on the bottom of your Springform, roll out and stick with a fork several times. Form remaining dough into a role shape. Place dough role at the edge of your Springform and press, so that a 3-cm-high edge originates.
Cheese mass: Separate egg yolks from egg white.
Put egg whites into a bowl. With the whip attachment, beat the egg whites first at medium speed, then at high speed, until they form soft peaks. Add 1/3 of the sugar, a little at a time, with the machine running. Whip until stiff.
Whisk egg yolk with remaining sugar, curd, vanillin sugar, lemon peel and milk in a separate bowl on the highest step for about 1 min. Add bag contents of Cheesecake Helper, Fold in beaten egg whites and fill Cheesecake mass into your Springform.
Place Springform with Cheesecake mass in the lower third of your baking oven.
Baking time: about 70 min.
Switch off the baking oven, and let leave the cake for another 10 min. Put the cake out of the oven and allow to cool down in the form.
If you like, mix 100 g of raisins under the cheese mass before baking.
