Dr. Oetker Citric acid is a practical tool: it supports better gelation of jams, jellies and marmalades from low-acid or sweet fruit and also ensures a fruity flavor.
The use is more than easy: simply stir a sachet of citric acid prior to cooking in the corresponding fruit pulp. It corresponds to 1 packet about 80 ml (7 tablespoons) fresh lemon juice.
